Our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) offers Pathway clients a direct channel into our product roadmap. The CAB convenes twice a year, with representation from Pathway senior management and engineering teams. Typically hosted at customer sites, these lively, engaging exchanges ensure that our customers have insight into and influence on the direction of Pathway products and solutions. From our perspective, the whole point of CAB is to help us better understand the business requirements and challenges faced by our customers. What do our clients get out of our CAB? CAB members are senior managers of companies spanning a range of industry sectors, geographic locations and technology. This diverse experience means the CAB can effectively advise on the full range of existing and proposed product and service offerings. Members are invited to serve for one year, retiring in rotation, but with the right to serve a further term by mutual agreement. At all times the aim is to maintain a diverse representation of the Pathway user community. |
